What do a T-Rex, Stegosaurus and a Triceratops have in common???

They all live together in my "No Bones About It" Stampin' Up! Stamp Set!!!! Wanna know the best part?  They didn't retire! Woooopppeeeeeeeee.....   Ok so I am one of those people who would live in my rubber padded room if I could convince my children to take care of themselves...but as of yet.. and for some unknown reason..... they like to have me around so it is indeed rare when my energy, creativity and a quiet house all line up at the same time.  But, today it did...and this was my creation...I have been wanting to play with this stamp set, and make a shaker card for some time now ...so here it is

I'd love to hear what you think... Feel free to leave me a comment below....

Gigantic Flowers!!!!

             HUGE

I want to say thank you to Erica from Pink Buckaroo Designs for making her template available!
I have so many fun ways that I would like to use this flower and now that I am hooked I am working on making more to decorate around the house.... With 5 boys in this house I am needing a little feminine influence!  But as you can see I stuck with guy friendly colors...Early Espresso and Tempting Turquoise!

Baby Shower Invites...

So I am super duper excited my sister in law is expecting! Yay and I am even more honored that I was asked to help with the baby shower invites... after scouring the internet to include pinterest I could NOT find a template anywhere for a baby diaper... Although I found a bunch of diaper invitations...I couldn't figure out if people were using a cricut machine? a die cut machine? or hand making them....so I finally gave up figuring I was wasting far more time looking for one then if I just designed one myself....So, that is what I did... Here are the pics below... I am quite happy with how they came out and will attempt to create a photo with dimensions to upload so that maybe I can spare the rest of you some of the time I wasted....

Update!

Ok everyone please forgive this tutorial lol as I had a 2 year old under foot all day and I grabbed messed up scrap paper to start with goofy me!  When I was looking to create these I couldn't find dimensions or instructions anywhere!  I just saw something cute and tried to recreate it...so I always start a new project with cheap thin computer paper until I know I have exactly what I want...No messing up my beautiful cardstock for me anymore!  So that is what I used here...  Below are the pics to give you a general idea and I hope, hope, hope you can see the dimensions!  Please leave me a comment below and tell me what you think and whether or not you could see everything!  Thanks and Enjoy!

Man Card Love

Seriously I love my man cards!!! ... I have always been somewhat of a "Tom Boy", it has only been in recent years that I have finally accepted the tea party scene.  No, I am NOT talking politics...I mean sitting around with your friends, mom, grandmom, sister...whoever you are fortunate enough to be in the company of at that moment... eating those mini sandwhiches...well I am allergic to about everything but I do enjoy a Waldorf salad, when I can find someone who can prep one without killing me, just kidding, sort of hee hee.  Ok I digress, anyway, my point is I am not a "fru fru" kinda gal.  I intend no disrespect to anyone who loves frills, doilies, (they do slip into my work every now and again) and loads of pastels as I have many friends who have actually shown me how beautiful these things can be.  It is just not a style, at this point in my life I am willing to adopt.  Did I forget to mention, if you are still here with me, I have 4 adventurous boys, and a loving husband.  So keep watch for lots of blues, greens, and browns in my designs.... Happy Stamping!
